Refund Policy

Article 1 (General Principles)

XGenTra operates a marketplace for digital .xagt files. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are governed by the principles outlined in this policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Article 2 (Non-Refundable Cases)

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following circumstances:

• The buyer has initiated or completed a download of the .xagt file
• The buyer has accessed the file's content through a linked agent or API
• A significant period (more than 7 days) has passed since purchase
• The buyer simply changed their mind without a valid technical reason

Article 3 (Eligible Refund Cases)

XGenTra will process a refund or replacement in the following cases, subject to verification:

• The .xagt file is materially different from its published description
• The file contains defects that prevent it from functioning as described
• The Maker has uploaded content that violates XGenTra's Terms of Service
• A technical error by XGenTra resulted in an incorrect charge

Article 4 (Refund Request Process)

To request a refund, contact XGenTra support at support@xgentra.com within 7 calendar days of purchase. Include your purchase ID, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. XGenTra will respond within 5 business days.

Article 5 (Refund Method)

Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method (credit card via Stripe) or as XGenTra credits, at the buyer's choice, within 10 business days of approval. Credit refunds may be processed faster.

Article 6 (Maker Responsibility)

Makers are responsible for ensuring their .xagt files match their listed descriptions. Refunds approved due to Maker fault will be charged back to the Maker's settlement balance. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.

Article 7 (Governing Law)

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, to the extent permitted by applicable law. For international users, locally applicable consumer protection laws may also apply.
